Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your return request is made within 14 days of delivery and that items are in their original, unopened packaging, except in cases of spoilage or damage.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief description of the issue; please include photos for any items that arrived damaged.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we verify your claim, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or we can arrange a replacement shipment at no cost.
