Castello Aged Havarti is a traditional Danish style cheese. crafted in Nr Vium, a town in the middle of Denmark. This cheese is lusciously smooth, balanced and mild enough to suit all palates. When ageing, Castello Havarti becomes slightly harder and develops a slight crunch coming from the protein crystals that start forming in the cheese.
